Who We ARE

Hello All who may be visiting this blog post. This is a space for me to introduce myself and my new business. My name is John Basa and I am a Physical Therapist, Certified strength and condition specialist, and above all enthusiast of movement. I have been practicing Physical Therapy in the state of Vermont since 2021. I have a passion for all movement l but enjoy performance, conditioning, and helping people realize and attain amazing things through movement. I have realized performance and health extend well beyond the highschool and college years, and wish to help all people reconnect with their bodies and experience the joy of movement and performance.

As such Eisenbeiser Rehabilitation and Performance has been created help people improve their wellness, their quality of life and accomplish their movement related goals. I will offer at home Physical Therapy, Personal training, and balance/ fall risk training with the goal of making movement accessible, attainable, and enjoyable. I wish to help Vermonters achieve all their movement related goals whether that be recovery from injury or simply getting stronger. I see value in providing that care both in the community and in the home setting.

The care and services I provide will be of high quality, and backed by the the most up to date evidence guiding recovery, strength and conditioning, or nutritional counseling. I have a passion for both science and the dissemination of knowledge, and feel compelled to provide such things in a time when the abundance of knowledge can feel overwhelming.

 Outside of work I enjoy gravel cycling, nordic skiing, trail running, gardening and berry picking. In general things that move my body and bring me connection to others and the land fulfills me. It is my goal to help others achieve similar things and experience the same joy of movement
